Features:

4) The drive of machine is composed of a main 7.5KW vector frequency conversion driving system,5 sets 0.85KW servo motor systems,7 sets high-precision ball screws and a set of gear speed reducer with coder. After inputing the product parameters of height,length,stacking layers,the machine will be adjusted to the optimal origin position.And as the origin position for reference point to make the products lifting,draging,pulling,reducing,stripping,stacking,counting and collecting.Reduce the trouble of adjusting the machine structural.
5) The main motor adopts the Panasonic vector inverter drive system for 7.5KW. The main spiral bevel gears with high transmission efficiency. After Heat Treatment, the driving gear of reducer will been grinding process to enhance the intensity of use, accuracy and efficiency of transmission.
six) The mould change is simple and convenient,and the step is from the computer.With a dedicated mould change cart.
seven) Good security.Each movement parts of machine has protected by cover.Has grating protect system within the work area,as long as the parts of body was sensed,the machine stops immediately.Safety brake to protect the main drive system,even in the case of power outage.
